The Visual Arts Center Renovation

The updating of The Visual Arts Center includes new flooring and base, lighting, rolling walls in front of existing windows, wall treatments, restrooms, floor tile, skylight screening, stairs(including new handrails/guardrails), windows, column embellishment in main corridor, kitchen floor, and new cabinets/sinks in the Studio spaces.

CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION: 2014

TOTAL GROSS SQUARE FOOTAGE: 14,532

COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $168,429.00
