On behalf of the Council of Trinity Lutheran Church, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Ms. Victoria Williams for the development of a truly exceptional master site plan for our church. As evidenced by its unanimous acceptance of the final proposed plan at our annual meeting held on December 7,2008, our entire congregation was obviously impressed with the detailed thought and planning that went into this effort. It was a superlative job. The final plan clearly demonstrated not only Ms. Williams' expertise and understanding of the principles and objectives specified in our contract, but also an unexpected appreciation of the concepts and values of our church. Our Council was particularly impressed with her ability to consolidate the many different views and opinions expressed by our church leaders during her one-on-one and group interviews, and incorporate them into a comprehensive site plan that essentially met everyone's needs and desires. None of us thought that was possible at the outset We especially thank Victoria for her attendance at our Council meetings during the contract period providing well-prepared updates on her progress. Her willingness to take the time to explain the many intricacies involved with the project was instrumental in the final outcome. As Head Trustee for the project, I was amazed at Ms. Williams' ability to interact with the many diverse members of our Church Council and her tactful handling of the many questions and issues that surfaced during these meetings. She has a facility to put people at ease answering even the most mundane questions calmly and patiently, explaining the logic, methodology and reasoning behind each of her recommendations. We will be more than happy to serve as reference for Victoria Williams if requested should she be considered for master planning or architectural projects of this nature. She is a true professional. I am writing to recommend the services of VBA Design, Inc.. The County has found them to be extremely responsive to our requests, needs, schedule, and budget during the design and construction process of our 60,000 square foot Courthouse Addition, as well as on other projects throughout the years. VBA worked diligently, and closely with the County, as well as the Construction Manager, to design a building with the desired square footage, required spaces, beautiful finishes, and functionality required by not only the County, but the judicial authorities and users. We could not be more pleased with the work of Victoria Williams and her staff at VBA Design in the designing and managing construction of our home on Panama City Beach. When we think of architects, we tend to think only of professionals who can take the client's ideas, superimpose their own creativity and bring the concept into reality. Victoria's creativity was everything that we could have hoped for. What we did not fully realize, however, is that building a beachfront home, particularly when we were doing it from another state, is a very complicated undertaking. Victoria and her knowledgeable staff coordinated the work of several other professionals in obtaining coastal permits, and assuring structural and other code compliance. Their work in managing the construction of the project was outstanding and very much appreciated. We can recommend VBA without any reservations.

I am pleased to offer this letter of recommendation to VBA Design. We have had the pleasure of working with VBA on our recently-completed Pinnacle at Hammock Crossings multi-family rental community in Lynn Haven, Florida. VBA’s design work met our demanding expectations.
