The new and improved condominium includes replacements at cracked and spalled locations, remediation of rust areas underneath and exposed in stucco areas, paint stucco, ceilings and damaged floors/parking area, re-texture damaged or peeling areas on exterior ceilings, assessment and repair damaged roof panels, recaulk/seals around windows, doors, and expansion joints.
