644 Caladium Circle Apartments

644 Caladium Circle is a 26-unit apartment complex masterplan renovation, that included interior and exterior campus improvements. VBA Design provided design, permit documents and construction administration for the following components: pedestrian flow, rear courtyard space, softened parking area, signage, and an exterior amenity space to set the campus apart from others. In addition, the firm provided upgraded exterior, demolition and new work plans for each unit including interior design.
