Parkway Gardens Apartments

Parkway Gardens is a seven (7) building apartment building with a total square footage of 76,000 sq. ft. that was devastated by Hurricane Michael on 10-10-18. The design team was tasked with generating documents for the reconstruction and renovation of these buildings. Two of the structures were near demolition, however with coordination and collaboration with the owner and engineers we were able to provide documents without demolition to any of the buildings. Many floor plan upgrades were included in the documents such as vaulted ceilings, new windows, more creative roof lines, and open landscape layouts for the living spaces
