Espy Residence

The Client desired to build a new two‐story Mediterranean style home overlooking the Bay for his new bride with a separate home/quarters over the three‐car garage for the couple’s grown children to utilize when visiting. A pool/amenity area separates the two dwellings and aids in bringing the family together to play and visit while also allowing everyone to have their own space. Special care was taken to preserve several existing trees on the site.
