Juchniewicz House Renovation

The Juchniewicz home was a total makeover consisting of remodeling the existing garage into a family room, expansion of the kitchen, the inclusion of a new office, conversion of the full bath into a half bath, reorienting the laundry room, and incorporating storage, converting three bedrooms into two bedrooms and an additional bathroom, redesigning the master bedroom suite, adding a front entry porch, including a rear exterior living space with roof cover, and the opening of the rear home to take advantage of views as well as exterior living space. The design took a very dated old home and turned it into a welcoming, warm residence.
